Sore Throat, Painful Neck, Sore Mouth. Taken Azithromycin, Erythromycin And Cephalosporins. How To Get Rid Of This Symptoms?

my mouth and throat sore for a long time and feel like I have fever......and both side of my neck is painful and when I message my neck, belching becomes and pain relief a little......for sore mouth and sore throat , I have taken many antibiotic like azithromycin , erythromycin and cephalosporins and still suffering sore.Please help me.

You have taken all the right antibiotics but no drug to alleviate the pain..please take Ibuprofen with paracetamol thrice daily,400mg along wth a course of Monocef-O200 twice daily for 1week,also a tab cetrizine at night for 10 days.If not better, then you need to get a throat swab taken with an ENT consultation.
