Sore Mile In Right Chest, Increasing Size, Dark Brown Spot Inside. What Could Be This?

I noticed today that the mile in my right chest is soar and has gotten bigger. There is a black or very dark brown spot inside of it. I would say that it is the size of an erasor on a #2 pencil if not a little bigger but it's not round it has almost like a little tail starting out the top of it not a skin tag. They are all one.

Sounds like it needs to be excised an drained. I would see your family doctor. It might be able to be treated with warm compresses and antibiotics...but you would need to see your doctor to see what they say.
