Solution For Severe Neuro-tension With Unsuccessful Attempts To Decompress Sciatic Nerve

Dear Dr A.S. Keerthi,

I have had two discectomys at the L5 S1 Level to attempt to decompress my sciatic nerve. Both operations have been un-successful in providing relief of my radicular pain symptoms in my right leg. I have severe neuro-tension (flexion of the spine and small movements in my upper spine bring on my leg pain) My recent MRI scan revealed a re-current small disc protrusion and "thickening of the R Sciatic nerve greater the the L5" I am concerned about potential scar tissue limiting movement of my sciatic nerve and wonder what my prognosis is for the future. I am on gabapentin and mobic for some pain relief but the pain down my leg all the way to my little toe is extremely uncomfortable. Could you provide some light to the darkness that is my situation? Many thanks!
