Firstly stop thinking that you have a problem. There are many people who are shy, introvert and don't speak a lot. It does not mean that anything is wrong with them. Secondly, start with close friends, people who share a hobby with you or people related to you with some common topics. Don't force yourself to speak but see if you feel like you have an opinion about something. If you feel like, speak about it. Or else get back and speak those things in front of the mirror. Go slow and gradual. And just know that it is not essential that you change. Many great people are shy. And it is okay to be so. See a psychologist
