Small Sore Spot On Lower Part Of My Gums

There's a small sore spot on the lower part of my gums, it's hard to see but it almost looks like a tiny hole. Hurts when i eat food or touch it. Should I be concerned or is it just something that should go away?

Hi,
It could be an abscess which is draining through the gums. Consult your dentist to determine the infected tooth and treatment should be obtained.
