Small Pimple On The Testicles. Chances Of Cyst?

I have had what appears to look like a whitehead pimple on my ball sack. However, when I attempted to pop it nothing happened. It seems it is deeply embedded. I proceeded to break the skin and with very hard squeezing it surfaced and I was able to use tweezers to pull it out. To my surprise, it was not puss. It was more like a solid seed looking thing. Half of the seed (we will call it for lack of better term) was white and the other half a brownish color. Was this a cyst? Should I be worried. It really just looks like a pimple but apparently is not a pimple. I have one more very small in size on my sack as well. Please advise.

Hi there,
Thank you for your question.
You are most likely having Fordyce spots.
These are small, painless, raised, pale, red or white spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter that may appear on the scrotum.
These are not dangerous and are a normal variation and nothing to worry about.
I would request you not to squeeze or cut them as it can lead to infection and it is not wise.
So the bottom line is that it sounds like nothing serious.
So nothing to worry about.
Just relax.
Kindest Regards
