Small, Hard, Slightly Painful Lump On Leg Which Moves When Touched, Swollen And Painful Area Around. Concerning?

Hi. I have this small hard lump on my leg. It moves when I touch it and it is probably the size of a pea. Should I go to the doctor or wait to see if it goes away or gets bigger? Also should I be concerned with this? I only found it today. And any idea what it is? It only hurts slightly when touched but the area around it is Swollen and hurts when pressure is applied to it

Hello,
thanks for the query.
This type of presentation can be seen in dermatofibroma or any of sweat gland tumors.
However the mobility of nodules is not seen in above conditions.
It doesnt appears to be a serious thing, but consulting a dermatologist will be a good option.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Wishing you good health.
Thank you
