Hi
What are the results of the blood tests? As dolopar contains paracetamol instead of Maxtra P only maxtra is enough as Maxtra P again contains paracetamol and the dose will be excess. Depending on the blood investigations and the focus of infection your child may require addition of antibiotic so consult your Docotr and he will examine your child and advise medication accordingly.
