LC twice a day will not help. Odimont lc should be given once a day at bedtime preferably. Your child need an X ray of the sinuses
, lateral X ray of the neck to exclude adenoid
hypertrophy and a serum Ige level to detect his allergic levels in blood. I think your child needs a nasal decongestant at night before sleep.
