Slight Pain In Testicles, Stomach. Taking Ibuprofen. Appendectomy Done. Is This Normal?

I am 5 weeks post op from an appendectomy. I took two weeks off from work and was cleared after that time to resume normal activity. I drive truck and deliver car batteries occasionally. My surgeon also cleared me to resume weight training after those two weeks just telling me to start slow. I felt great with no pain. After being back at work for two weeks and training, I started feeling a slight pain in my testicles and in my stomach. After this occurred I decided to cease weight training for at least another two weeks and ask for lifting assistance at my job. Since I slowed down the pain has decreased dramatically and isn't constant. I am taking ibuprofen when I get the ache. I have no lumps or hardness to suggest a hernia and also when I take it easy the pain is virtually gone. Are these things normal 5 weeks post op? Thankyou.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
Pain in the testicles has no relation to appendicectomy surgery.
Due to lifting of weights, the muscles covering the spermatic cord which connects the testis might got strained and lead to pain.
Do simple exercises like walking
Testis has connection to the stomach. So pain in the testis can radiate to stomach
Please take anti inflammatory drug when there is pain.
Nothing to worry
Regards
