Sleeping Trouble, Tired, Severe Headache, Dizziness, Nausea, Muscle Ache, Pressure On Brain. Symptoms Reason?

Hi, I'm 24 years old and I've always had trouble sleeping since my teen years but in the past few weeks its worst. I never feel refreshed after sleeping and it's tiring in every way. I wasn't concerned at first because I only felt tired but for months now I've started to get a headache here and there, didn't bother to note cause it was t significant. In the last week I've have over 10 headaches that really hurt. And here are the symptoms that accompanied them: dizziness, zoning out, hard to focus, nausea + burping (a lot), muscle aches, slurred speech? (Not sure, had to repeat the word once or twice after) slightly of balance sometime(maybe from dizziness) and as for the pain it's everywhere: stabbing pain front right lobe and left front lobe, back left lobe, dull ache in front lobes(not at the same time or day), pressure on whole brain. Sometimes several pains within minutes of each other.

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic

You are a young 24 year old male with history of poor sleep, non-refreshing sleep, tiredness, headache and aches in body. Inability to focus or poor concentration is also a complication. From the symptoms you have mentioned I can clearly tell you that these are the symptoms if mild to moderate depression. Association with headache and pains in body are somatic symptoms if depression. I would like you to consult a Psychiatrist for opinion. Medicines like SSRI and SNRI etc ste useful in depression. Cognitive therapy has also role in depression.

Hope this helps you
