hi.. i am a 23 year old male...for the past 4 years ive sleep problems.. like can"t go in a deep sleep... sometimes i get long hours to sleep but end up getting fatigue and lethargic...now im facing pain and sometimes burning sensation in my bones..muscle pain, dim vision, irritable eyes, pain in back side of head also encounterd with stomach disorders..trouble concentrating and feeling alive... feel very bad and i cant enjoy anything...
