Hi, thanks for posting your query

It seems that you have a fungal infection on the face

You may use candid cream and oral fluconazole
you may take ranitidine tablets as advised

withold skinlight cream , it can be started later once the infection is cured

In addition you may do the following:

keep your face well hydrated
Avoid cosmetics, you may use calamine as it is soothing agent
Take antihistaminic if it itches
keep in touch with your doctor and take the medicines till he suggests

hope this solves your query
