Hi,
Thanks for query,
Is it only at anus & vagina or it may be at starting of your nostrils, at your ear or at your eye brow or at lips where muco cuteneous junction? If it is not itchy & it has lost pigmentation we must rule out possibility of Leucoderma.
The second possibility of white skin around your anus & vagina is a fungal infection.Due to perspiration this parts are most affected by infection. Some times it itch other wise not.
Just try anti fungal cream.
If you will not responded consult your dermatologist.
Thanks.
