Hello
Since you don't have any headache or fever and no purulent nasal discharge, there is no need for Any antibiotics as this is not acute sinusitis.
You are suffering from chronic sinusitis.
Treatment consists of
Avoiding cold and chilled drinks
Steam inhalation three times a day.
Avoiding smoking if doing it
Take some anti allergic like CETRIZINE in night for 5 to 7 days.
You should be all right with these in next 3 weeks.
If there is no improvement then consult a physician and get a CT sinus done for the exact diagnosis and management.
Thanks

Allergist and Immunologist Dr. Suman Kumar's  Response
THESE ARE ALLERGIC SINUSES BECAUSE COUGH OCCURS IN ALLERGIES
GET XRAY PNS DONE
TAKE TAB METROGYL 200 MGM TWICE A DAY
TAB MONTAIR FX TWICE A DAY
SYP ASCORIL 1/2 TSF TDS
AND SYP TOSSEX 1/2 TSF BD
TAB RHINITIDINE 150 MGM EMPTY STOMACH
NO STEAM
DO FOR 3 WEEK
IF YOU CAN POST AFTER RESULTS I CAN TREAT WITH MEDICINE WITHOUT ANY RECURENCE
I NEED TO GIVE YOU 3 MONTHS TREATMENT AFTER XRAY AND YOUR RESULTS WITH MEDICINES
SURGERY IS NOT SUCCESSFUL IN ALLERGIES AS THE SINUSES AGAIN PPRESENT UNTIL WE TREAT ALLERGIES
