Sinus Infection. Nasal Rinse Using Betamethasone And Levofloxacin. What Are The Side Effects One Must Expect?

I just started with a nasal rinse using Betamethasone and Levofloxacin. What side effects might I experience? I have read several of the responses on your site where there were many patients that are not pleased with the medication. I did not see a comment on the rinse. I have a prescription for 30 days twice each day for sinus infection. Thanks for your reply.

Initially you may feel little difficulty in doing nasal rinse. You may swallow some medications-may feel some gastric irritation. avoid swallowing the solution. sometimes you may feel rebound nasal symptoms after stopping the nasal rinse.
