Sinus Headaches, Tingling In Hands, Pressure In Nasal Cavity, Tiredness, No Vision Problems. Is It Due To Iron Deficiency?

Hi I am a 39 year old female with no significant medical history. 3 weeks ago I started experiencing tingling in my hands, which progressed to feeling tingling or like my legs or arms are asleep. No coordination or vision problems. Innitially I thought I had a sinus headache as the tingline was also in my face would come and go. I figured sinus headache due to the sinus pressure in my nasal cavity. Also, tingling feeling in tongue. I have also been tired. labwork shows iron Low at 17 range 50-212 UIBC High 359 range 155-300; TIBC 376 range 220-450; %Saturation Low 5 range 19-58; Vitamin B12 483 range 211 - 911; Folic acid 11.80 range 2.30 - 18.40; Ferritin Low 11 range 12-200. I have read that iron deficiency could cause these symptoms but my doctor doesn't think so. I have nor bladder issues. but I am worried I could have M.s.
