Side effects of duphaston

Hi Dr, Iam on duphaston for 10 days .feeling slight abdomen pain.Is this normal? Does this tablet has any side effects?

Duphaston's possible side effects can affect individual people in different ways. The following are some of the side effects that are known to be associated with this medicine. Headache
Nausea
Dizziness
Bloating
Skin reactions such as rash and itch
Breast tenderness
Menstrual spotting between periods
Abdomen pain (20% of patients have this)
