Should Lacunar Infacrtion In Right Putamen And External Capsules Be Surgically Removed?

Hi. I am a 28 year old woman. I have been on Yasmin birth control pills for a year and I have had bad migraines for that entire year. Recently I did an MRI test and it turned out I have a lacunar infacrtion in the right putamen as well as the external capsule. Would the affected area need to be surgically removed? Thanks.
