OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Hypothyroidism in pregnancy is a common entity and most of the OBGYN specialists are well versed in managing this condition.
You need to be properly investigated , your TSH hormonal values to be done monthly and your levothyroxine dose has to be adjusted accordingly.
Its your OBGYN's discretion to consult with an endocrinologist if she requires his/ her opinion in management.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
