Should I Meet Doctor For Loss Of Appetite And Gray Stool Of A 15 Month Baby

My 15 month old son woke up screaming this morning. He will not eat and will not drink and has not stopped screaming. I have given him mylacon and infants tylenol. He had gray colored stool when I changed him a little while ago. Should I take him to the ER?
