Hi and welcome to HCM. post exercise hypotension (PEH) is defined as a reduction in systolic and/or diastolic arterial blood pressure below control levels after a single bout of exercise. PEH is observed in normotensive humans, patients with borderline essential hypertension, and patients with established essential hypertension. Many times it is not symptomatic and if its not causing you any discomfort no need to worry. If u are hypertensive and taking treatment for that then consult a physician for proper evaluation and treatment. All the best. Regards

i think you are fine. Cardio workouts if done properly i.e. 40mins a day with 10 minutes of it intensive, can work as a medicine and lowers blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol, and all this action continues for next 24 hours. So you are fine and have no cause for worry.
