Should I Be Worried Of The Bump In Head Which Was Got After Hitting 2 Months Back?

About 2 months ago I hit my head twice in a row really hard on a pole. I had a really big lump and bruising but didn't appear to suffer a concussion so I neve went to the doctor. Now the spot I hit is still really tender to touch and there seems to be a small bump still. Should I be alarmed?

Actually since its 2 months past ur injury there can not be any internal injury but it is always better to know if there was immediately after injury.Now the problem could be a local hematoma which is blood filled swelling.So a course of antibiotics and also x ray could be suggested.
