I had a secondary finding on an MRI of my hip indicating that i have a nonspecific mild thickening of bladder wall, and a small punctate calcification of the prostrated was noted and identified. What soes this mean? I am 65 year old is this something i should worry about? thanks you
According to MRI report, mentioned findings are normal. There is nonspecific mild thickening of urinary bladder wall,it may be due to many reasons like past history of cystitis(urinary bladder infection),enlarge prostate etc.It doesn't require any treatment. There is also a small punctate calcification of the prostrate,it is age related benign finding. So,your reports are normal. Get well soon.
