I HAVE AN OVARIAN CYST ON MY LEFT SIDE..I HAVE EXTREME ABDOMEN AND BACK PAIN...MY PERIOD IS LATE...I TOOK FOUR PREGENANCY TEST ONLY ONE POSTIVE WHICH WAS THE FIRST..SHOULD I GO TO THE ER..OR WAIT.I HAVE AN APP. SET UP FOR NEXT WEEK..I ALSO HAD A TUBAL LIGATION SIX YEARS AGO..I'M JACKED UP AND SCARED....

Being jacked up and scared is understood. A tubal ligation and the symptoms you have explained are a possible indication to an ectopic pregnancy, and if at all you are experiencing abdominal pain you have to report to the ER immediately as this could be very dangerous and at times even potentially fatal.
