Should I Be Concerned As I Am Having Small Lumps On The Side Of My Neck?

Hi, I recently noticed a couple small lumps on the side of my neck, i think on the posterior cervical lymph nodes. I have been coughing for the past few weeks and have bronchitis. I feel fine otherwise and have no other symptoms. Is the lump anything I should be concerned about?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, in any infection the lymph node tends to swell particularly in bacterial infection once the infections eradicated this swelling subsided soon, for rapid reducing of swelling you can take the anti-inflammatory drug and best choice is Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, I hope this information helps you, take care and have good time.
