Hello dear I understand your concern You took 3 pill of logynon after sex as a emergency contraceptive pill. But it is not correct dose. Ideally 4 pill should be taken as early as possible with in 72 hours and another 4 pill after 12 hours to prevent pregnancy effectively. If you had sex during fertile phase of period then there is high chance of pregnancy. Your absence period could be due to pregnancy, hormonal imbalance. I would suggest to go for urine pregnancy test and or blood HCG test to confirm pregnancy by consulting gynecologist.
