Should I Be Concerned About High BUN In Blood Work?

I just had blood work done at the hospital (I thought I was having a heart attack-but it was heartburn). I was released and told everything looked good. They handed me bloodwork paperwork for my records. I was not planning on looking at it but did and saw that my Lymph auto % was high (48.3 out of a range of 20.-37.) Also my BUN was high (21 out of a range of 7-17). Should I be concerned?
