Should High Blood Pressure Be Treated With Increased Hydralazine?
Hello, I was recently put on Hydralazine 5mg twice a day along with HCTZ 25mg and it is not working. My bp is running about 158/98 with the med change. If I get my doctor to increase the Hydralazine, would it be more effective? I have been on Lisinopril in the past and it worked great in controlling the HBP, but it caused the angioedema of the tongue and lips. I have also been on amlodipine which causes severe fatigue too.
