I'm a 30 year old female weighing 125 and 5'1". I'm currently taking 40 mg of Viibryd once a day. I developed a hernia 4 years ago during
pregnancy and had it fixed during a tubal ligation. now it's acting up my stomach hurts, and burns, the area where it was previously in my belly button is bulging again. I wake up with heart burn and it's hard to breathe feels like a lot . of pressure in my stomach area. I'm fatigued. sore and nauseous.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello and thank you for asking HCM,

I understand your concern. My suggestion is to go as soon as possible to emergency room, because regarding to your symptoms you could have incarcerated hernia, which could lead to a dangerous condition of obstructed bowles. This is a first grade emergency, so I hope you will listen to my advice and go immediately to the enarest ER.
Until than try to avoid taking analgetics or any other medication and try not to eat.
I hope this answer was helpful to you.
