Should Glasses Be Worn All The Time If Having Impaired Vision?
Hello sir I have eye problem my eye power is -0.75 so Doctor told me to wear glass so this is first time wearing glass so i dont know how many days i have to wear it is only for few days are life time but i dont know what to do it is necesary to wear all the time other wise 8hours only

You ll more than happy wearing spectacles... Besides vision , it also avoids headache....so always wear it throughout the day... Life time...
