Should Diabetes And BP Medication Be Taken At Different Time Intervals To Prevent Drug Interactions?

I am on 2 medications for type 2 diabetes. I am also on a high blood pressure medication with a diuretic in it. I am reading that there is an interaction with these medications that can cause my diabetes medication to not work well. Would taking my blood pressure medication at a different time of day than the diabetes medicines help with this?

Hello,

Drug interactions are unlikely with routine drugs.
However you can take the prescribed drugs at different times to prevent possibility of drug interactions.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
