Should Children Take Panadol, Nurofen, Gastrolyte When Playing Competitive Elite Sport?

should my 13 and 14 year daughters take any of the following as they play competitive elite sport. We do not usually take any medication until absolutely necessary and that has been very limited in their life at the ocurrence of the medication at the time maybe only once or twice maximum. Medications suggested they may need to take, panadol, nurofen, gastrolyte, naprogesic, imodium, sudafed, robitussin cough and chest congestion, strepsils lonzenge, berocca, telfast and savlon antiseptic cream. Thanks

Hi, no one in the earth are expected to take medicines, unless and otherwise required.
I advise you to give them green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and proteine rich foods, to provide all essential foods to the body.
You can keep the said drugs in reserve to take when ever necessory. Thank you.
