Should Bulimic Patient Be Concerned About Blood Clot Vomiting?

I have been bulimic for about 15 years I am having of course lots of health & dental problems. I do vomit blood sometime or it is tinged red & it comes thru my nose. Tonight was different in that I vomited a blood clot... Rather large & dark I am very concerned. My throat hurts. Which it usually does after there is bleeding but I just wondered if might need to go to the dr next week

Hello and Welcome to Healthcare magic forum!

Bulimia is a serious health condition which requires medical attention, due to excess forcible vomiting there is risk of rupturing the esophagus (food tube) resulting in the blood vomiting or haematemesis.
I would suggest yo visit your general physician as soon as possible to rule out any complications and also a good homoeopathic physician.

Wishing you good health!
