Should Prednisone Be Discontinued Due To Dizziness, Nervousness And Vision Problems?

I have been on Prednisone for 3 days and am having trouble with some side effects, Dizziness, nervousness and some vision problems. Can i quit taking this now or do I have to back off of it?? Please answer me on this. I hate how I am feeling on this. Thankyou Carol Palmer

Welcome to HCM.
I understand your concern.
You have not mentioned why you are taking Prednisolone. You are bothered by side effects. When making a decision whether to take a medicine or not, we should consider the benefit verses harm.
Since you have taken Prednisolone for 3 days only, there is no problem in stopping it unless the condition for which you started the same warrants that you should take it and there are no alternatives of equal benefit.
If you let me know the diagnosis and the details of the condition you started Prednisolone, I shall be able to give you a better opinion.
