Should Monocef Injections Be Continued Or Nimuslide Be Used To Lower The Temperature?

My sister is suffering from typhoid and is being injected Monocef injections for 3 days now. Her fever is 104.5. Can you please suggest do we continue with injections and also eat Nimuslide to lower down the temperature. What other precautions should be taken.

If the diagnosis is confirmed you should Continue the antibiotic in the form of Inj Monocef or You can switch over to oral antibiotic like Tab Cefixime(200). Anti pyretic is advised if fever persists...
