Should Misoprostol Be Taken Again If The Previous Dosage Is Vomited?

At 10 pm Mifepristone 200mg was taken and after passage of 48 hours my wife took 4 tab of misoprostol 200mcg together... bleeding had started on the next day of taking mifepristone 200 mg... Initially bleeding was heavier but it slowed down gradually... She took misoprostol tablets at 10 pm that is exactly 48 hours after taking mifepristone After 4 hours of taking 4 tab of misoprostol 200mcg together she vomited and all 4 tablets also came out of stomach... After 2 hours of taking misopristol she experienced severe cramping, lower abdominal pain and it continued until her vomiting... Before vomiting she drank about 2 glass of water. Now, as the tablets came out with vomiting, kindly suggest me if the dose need to be repeated. Please reply ASAP. Thank you in advance.

Hello,

As per your clinical history is concerned, please confirm that any mass has expelled from the vagina after taking the second medicine[4 tabs Misoprostol 200 mcg] and if yes, then no need to repeat and if it does not, then do confirm by ultrasound and discuss with your Doctor[Gynae] to repeat.
