Does Taking Misoprostol Before Mifepristone Cause Any Complications?

My wife has wrongly taken 1 Misoprostol instead of Mifepristone and then after 30 minutes taken1 Mifepristone.24 hours later orally taken 2 Misoprostol and will give the last 1 Misoprostol left after 12 hours.Will there be any problem for wrongly consuming Misoprostol before Mifepristone?

Dear patient
misoprostol and mifepristone both are used for medical termination of pregnancy. Both here different mechanism of action. Both if taken combined may lead to side effects pertaining to both of them. As such both do not cause major drug interactions. Heavy bleeding may be expected post termination. Kindly keep you self under observation of obstetrician.
