Hi, Thanks for your question. Doctor has given you steroids to ensure that your fetus s lungs are mature enough to survive in case an early delivery is required. Cord of loop alone is usually no indication for a cesarean section but less fluid indicates that there may have been some growth issue with the fetus, & probably your doctor feels that baby will not sustain the stress of normal labor. It is impossible for me to suggest you anything, however, you may take a second opinion from another qualified Obstetrician by personally visiting along with all your reports before making a final choice.
