Should I Take My Toddler To Hospital If He Has Fever And Back Ache?
My 18 month has enlarged tesicles I have seen my doctor an he said it could be twisted and to keep an eye on him but he has a temp of 37.5 to 38 and has had all the amount of calpol he's allowed plus he has got a really bad cough and is arching his back should I take him to hospital?? Thanks

yes, complaints seem to serious in nature enlarged testicle associated with fever indicate it could be infection of epididymis . Physical examination with ultrasound of testes might be helpful to identify the cause.
