Should I See Gynecologist For Throbbing And Stabbing Pain On One Side Of The Clitoris After Masturbation?

Hello, I have a question about a throbbing/stabbing pain on one side of my clitoris after masturbating. It has been going on for some time. When it started, I tried to rub the other side of my clitoris where there is no pain but the side with pain is still obviously affected because of movement. Does this imply that I have nerve damage? How can I fix this issue? When should I see a gynecologist?

Hi,

You have to keep the area clean. Apply Zole F ointment gently (avoid rubbing). Take over the counter anti inflammatory drug like Combiflam, over the counter (take it twice a day after food). Mostly you would get relief in few days. In case there is no relief at all after 3 days, consult a gynecologist for antibiotic.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
