diabetes now you should be care full about your lifestyle.
First thing you should control your diet . Avoid -sugar in any form , rice , potato ,banana , carbs in any form and fats .
Take Bitter gourd ,gourd ,kundru ,soup of veg , green lentil ground nut and black gram , guava ,apple .bilva are good .
2 leaves neem & 2 leaves bilva take with water in the morning .
10 gm spoon full of fenugreek seed powder .
level Tea spoon of turmeric powder with hot milk before bed time 1-2 hour after dinner .
