Should I Be Concerned For The Spots On The Skin That Looks Like Petechiae?

Hi i think i have Petechiae, i went to the doctor but he said that it may be exceme, but i looked it up on the internet and it rather looks like Petechiae, i dont have any symptoms at all and i have these spots for 3 days now. I was just wondering if i should be concerned and if it eventually will go away? Thank You
