Should I Be Concern Of Dizziness After Taking Tetanus Shot?

I just had a tetanus shot on Monday 10/21 and today I woke up very dizzy and my equilibrium is off. I have had this system since 630 a.m. this morning. Should I go to the emergency room or wait it out? Not sure it is from the tetanus shot, but I have never had this dizziness before.

Hi. The Tetanus shot is not known to cause this problem of dizziness. You should go to ER. There can be some other problem. sudden dizziness which was not there should be investigated.
