Should Glucophage And Semi-brom Be Stopped Once Pregnancy Is Confirmed?

Hi Doctor, I am overweight (90 Kgs) have PCOD and a hypothyroid patient. My age is 30 years and we just started for baby. My doctor had suggested me to take Gycephage and semibrom which I failed to take. Can I start taking it now. Also, do I need to stop it if I get pregnant?

hi,i would like to ask you a leading question that why were you started on semibrom?did u have any milky discharge from the nipples,or were your prolactin levels raised?otherwise both medicines are safe in pregnancy and you can continue it even after you conceive.glyciphage in a pcos overweight pt will decrease insulin resistance and aid in weight reduction and hence bring back ovulation to normal.take care all the best.
