Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Weight gaining ?
scanty menstruation,
These two are an indication of Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome.
So get in ultrasound of genital parts after consultation with a gynaecologist.
Get in hormonal blood tests as for estrogen, androgen, F S H / L H.
Excessive eating causes hyper acidity & weight gain.
Hyper acidity develops nausea.
Here pregnancy is ruled out.
Hope I have answered your question.
If further any question I will reply.
Good luck.
