Sharp, Severe Pain In Groin. Trying To Conceive. History Of Having Swollen Gland In Abdomen. Any Impact On Fertility?
Hello, I have the occassional pain in my groin but last night I did alot of walking and suddenly felt a sharp pain to the point I had to sit down just about my groin below my stomach, after sitting down for 5 minutes the pain subsided but its still there just not as severe. I've had a bump pop up a few times in the past but my doctor assured me it was a swollen gland. I'm trying for a baby so I want to make sure this won't have an impact on my fertility. Hope you can help!
Hello. Thanks for writing to us. The swollen gland in the lower abdomen with pain could be related to an infection in the lower abdomen. Proper investigations are needed to rule this out.
