Sharp Pain In Stomach, Back And Rib Pain. Taking Birth Control. Negative Pregnancy Test. Causes For Symptoms?

Hello i have been sick for the last couple of days being sick through the night! Im currently on the pill and had my period tuesday and cam off friday but ive been being sick and sharp pains in my belly and it feels like my ribs are crushing me and ive a sore back my friend told me too take a pregantcy test ive took 2and they came up negitive but im in so much pain what could it be?

Thanks for your query.
Stomach pain, back pain and pain around ribs may be due to Fatty liver and gallbladder disease which may be predisposed by birth control pills, obesity and fatty diet. However, peptic ulcer should also be ruled out.
As far as pregnancy is concerned, test may come false in first week, it can be confirmed by blood HCG levels after 10 to 12 days.
You are advised to visit your doctor and get Ultrasound and other necessary tests to rule out diseases.
