General & Family Physician, Dr. Lohit K's Response
Hi, Thanks for using HCM.
Sudden sharp pain with vomiting may be due to acute gastritis, acute GE or obstruction. Since you have right side abdomen pain the chance of duodenal ulcer is more. I hope there is no blood or green fluid in your vomitus and not suffering from fever. If your bowel movements are normal. take tab pantoprazole with metoclopramide and tab. dicyclomine. Since you got your gall bladder removed and if symptoms persists take your doctors opinion once. Hope I answered your question. Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries. Wish you good health. Take care.
Regards Dr. Lohit
