Sharp Pain In Middle Of Palm, Fingers Numb And Unable To Make A Fist. Is It A Part Of Fibromyalgia?

Hi yesterday on two separate occasions I went to grab something off a shelf and suddenly experienced a very sharp pain in the middle of my palm radiating up my arm lasted approx 1-2 min and then was unable to make a closed fist my figures are now numb and if I press on my palm it sends pain immediately up my arm. My hand also feels very tight now. I have been diagnosed with Fybromyalgia two years ago so my question is could this be part of the Fybromyalgia or could it be something unrelated
Thany you
